iv. the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 (the “IG Rules”); and
v. the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

1. If You allow a third party, access to the Website through Your account, You shall ensure that the said third party is bound by and abides by the terms of this Agreement.
